minimum qualification of Metric can apply to become Sales
Representative. Selection is based on the personal interview, where
he/she have determine for positive thinking, honesty, hardworking,
talkative and presentable personality. If any body selects he/she should
take basic training course held by the corporation and starts working.
The new representative will be guided by his officers for easy ways to
procure business. This job is purely on commission base but in some
special cases the agency office may offer salary and other facilities.
The average Sales Representative earns about Rupees 25000 to 30000 per
month.
After completing 2 years and achievement of required targets the Sales
Representative promotes as Sales Officer and again after the same period
and completing the required targets he/she becomes Sales Manager. The
facilities like Group Insurance, Medical, Renewal Income, Bonus es,
Awards , Cash Contest, Tours, Seating and Allied Facilities and Office
Furniture is provided by the Corporation.
